Vedic meditation is one of the oldest and most powerful meditation techniques in the world, originating in ancient India over 5,000 years ago. Unlike mindfulness practices that involve watching or controlling the mind, Vedic meditation uses a specific personalised mantra to allow the mind to effortlessly settle beyond thought into pure restful awareness. This state has been shown in research to be even more restful than deep sleep. Your practitioner will assign your personal mantra, teach you the precise technique and guide your first practice, then answer all your questions.
